CLI Device Management
The CLI Device Manager software provides a simple and easy to manage the family of CLI thin clients from a single-point, centralized management console. This management software is built using industry standard protocols that provide robust tools for configuring and updating terminals. It allows administrators to remotely manage CLI terminals as well as locate other SNMP compatible thin client devices on the Network.
CLI Device Manager can view the current terminal configuration including firmware version, terminal location, and IP address and remotely reboot or shut down the terminal. Firmware updates or configuration changes can be scheduled or performed manually. Unique terminal configuration images can be created and pushed to one or multiple terminals or the terminal can pull the configuration for automatic mass updates. Configuration updates use 97% less bandwidth and device discovery is five to ten times faster verses competitive products.

Device discovery can automatically detect CLI thin clients installed on the LAN or WAN in seconds; other SNMP-compatible thin client devices can also be detected but not managed. IT professionals can now view the current CLI device configuration including firmware version, device location, IP address and memory size. The integrated database provides for comprehensive asset tracking capabilities and can store or export the database for fast and easy report generation.
